Delete your Hader account

Without installing the app. We send a code to your number, then one confirmation.

  1. Delete your account

    Type the mobile your account is on, and we will send a code to make sure it is yours.

    Send the code by
    If this number has a Hader account, a 6-digit code will arrive.

  2. What is deleted at once

    • Your mobile, email and password
    • Your name, emergency contact, date of birth and national ID
    • The ID images, your photo and every picture
    • Notifications and your choices; your name is removed from shift records

  3. What is kept, and why

    Shift contracts and financial records
    6 years from the end of the financial year, because tax and labour laws require it. They carry your legal name.
    Your consent records
    3 years after deletion, to prove what was agreed.
    The block list, if you were banned
    3 years from the ban, as an encrypted fingerprint, not the number.

  4. Cannot receive the code?

    If you no longer have the number, message us on WhatsApp at ⁦+20 10 0000 0000⁩, and we will check it is yours and delete it.
